Free Boat · Big Dreams · Zero Experience
I Got a 33ft Chris-Craft
for Free.
It came fully stripped down — the last owner planned a rebuild and never did it. Now a guy with zero boating experience is putting it back together, one bolt, one blooper and one “what does THIS do?” at a time.

“Want a free boat?” I said yes. Then I asked questions.
A 33-foot Chris-Craft cruiser. Twin 350s (MerCruiser 260) that haven’t run in years — and one definitely needs work. Batteries held together by hope and corrosion. A boat taken apart by someone else, with no instruction manual. And a captain with exactly zero experience.
This isn’t a restoration channel. It’s a comedy with occasional boat repairs. If I can figure this out, anyone can — and you get to laugh along the way.
